Gingered Peanut Butter-Banana Ice Pops
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup Santa Cruz Organic® Dark Roasted Creamy Peanut Butter or your favorite variety
- 1/2 cup Water
- 3 tablespoons Santa Cruz Organic® 100% Ginger Juice
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- Step 1
COMBINE banana, peanut butter, water, ginger juice and honey in blender container. Cover and process until smooth.
- Step 2
DIVIDE evenly into 6 (3 oz.) or 9 (2 oz.) ice pop molds. Cover molds with lids.
- Step 3
FREEZE 6 hours or until firm.
